Free Hands-Only CPR Class

In partnership with the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, San Ramon Regional Medical Center is offering a free Hands-Only CPR class. Held in the Tenaya Room at the Roundhouse Conference Center—located on the ground floor across from the security desk and Lakeside Coffee Bar—this class will teach participants how to check for a pulse, call 911, and perform CPR without mouth-to-mouth. Hands-Only CPR is a simple, effective way to help save a life during cardiac arrest.
